My Background
Eng. M. Sudharshini- Managing Director of Flux Feel Coaching. I have experience as Principal Consultant Biomedical Engineer with over 20 years experiences in field of Medical Engineering, and Industrial- Health & Quality & Safety control and Academic tutoring for Engineering, Medical and Charted accountant Students and Higher Secondary School Education.
I am a Registered Hypnotherapist of ABH and NLP Practitioner and Researcher and Practitioner of Positive Psychology and Career & Business coach advocating for safety and health, a Life coach advocating for Individuals and families safety and education, currently an Engineer and Educator - Academic & Higher Secondary Educator, with experience from three different countries with a diverse background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a top-ranked university.
In addition, I have pursued further education in computer software engineering (two years) and hardware engineering (one year) through TAFE.
I also have worked in the field of soft ware programming for Travel/Hospitality agency and writing traditional mass media promotion packages and advertisements for leading companies in India and Sri Lanka for One Year.
My passion for health and fitness and advocacy for healthcare, patient outcomes, disability helped me to pursue intensive formal two year education and participation in Pilates, Gymnastics and Yoga in 2000 while working as fitness instructor for kids and families in India trained by Australian Fitness Institution Entrepreneur in Indian fitness company
I am currently a certified Professional Engineer in Australia and have completed extensive continuous professional development training in a range of other disciplines and courses recognized by the International Association and by the Australian Counselling Association in the field of coaching, hypnosis and psychology, occupational therapy & speech pathology and personal fitness.
I also have expertise in Operations and Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Down time, Installation & Commissioning & Project delivery safety and quality control engineering and energy-time management Audits, Procurement, Planning/Asset Management.
Through my work, I helped organizations and individuals and hospitals and government and professionals deliver projects/goals in a timely manner using safe effective strategies and manage assets effectively.
I am a proud member of both the ICF - International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches and the American Board of Hypnotherapy. I have been the member of IEEE in 2001 and EA in 2009.
I take great pride in bringing over 20 years of experience and knowledge as an engineer from 2001 and educator including biomedical engineering experiences as Clinical Engineer managing over 100 health institutions- General, Base, District hospitals and other health institutions managing equipment maintenance and planning and procurement, risk management, inventory control and asset control, needs assessment and budgeting, involving in protocols meetings, conducting management meeting, training hospitals staffs, creating specifications.
My proven experience as an engineer and educator has demonstrated my listening skills, technical expertise, problem solving complicated projects and emotional issues that saved millions of budget allocations and utilized funds in an effective equipment management/procurement for best operations of the health institutions and I am a downtime expertise.
My career encompasses the engineering field, technical services, and STEM tutoring across three countries in the South Asia-Pacific region, including Australia. I have held diverse roles such as Service Engineer, Principal State Biomedical Engineer with a State Government, Service Technician, Quality Controller in Health and Safety and Plant Operations, Biomedical Engineer in a private hospital, and extensive internship in a power plant. Additionally, I have extensive experience in academic tutoring for engineering and medical students and higher secondary and medical students since 1997.
By integrating my industry expertise with my passion for rehabilitation engineering & education, advocacy for safety and quality and productivity for operations led me to invest in exploring human behavior and neuroscience verses physical environment behind accident, incident and crime in the industry and our daily life.
My Niche for coaching are towards disability and health and safety audit using rehabilitation engineering principles to help families, children, kids and organizations and individuals well being to keep our home, community, industry and country safe and healthy and prosperous sound.
Our physiology controls our psychology and my passion for educating the industry about bio mechanics - human operations, senses, neurology and its vital role in industry and its body interactions with the environment for risk management, logistics and supply chain management, quality management and asset management.
Our psychology is dealing with major life and organization decision makings and operate this world has directed me to the areas of coaching where I will create a safe platform for interactions with the industry and individuals that will involve discussions about DISMANTLING your environment and performing environmental health and safety audit using engineering principles for problem solving for enhancement of SAFE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE in both personal and professional development by tracing the design patterns and assets((behavior that decided logical(technical), functions(operation and logistics), plant(trouble shooting and budget) and personnel(health and safety))
If our physiology(nature) controls our psychology- then how our psychology(nurture-environment) plays a major part in our life, economic reforms, civics and politics, decisions makings, eras and this Universe with this vibrations, energy- FLUX, words, actions and behavior and our consciousness-morality & conscience with free will, freedom and freedom of association?
How you are built up or constructed? What is your personality? How you have constructed your perceptive of reality of/in this world and how is it perceiving and travelling and working for you? So do we have PERSONAL SAFE SPACE with each other and environment?
Great minds did great things from the stone ages to the evolution of industrial revolutions, and their actions, humans created many industrial inventions, conflicts and war and hypothesis and this modern world that their inventions and science laws have become the important foundations of which privileges we experience. Machines replaced many muscles work and Computer replaces many brain work. We also now focus on creating a Green World with sustainable resources to protect our globe and Universe to minimize the pollution and harmful effects like ozone layer depletion.
In addition to these physical aspects of the environment, have we considered about the emotional energy and the energy we dissipate to the Universe and absorb from the Universe while interacting with stimulus internally and externally?
Have we thought about the resources we have used in modern technology era. Connectivity for longevity has made easier using technology and have we thought about the engineering and the resources, materials adhered behind this connectivity? We vibrate our energy including emotional energy to this Universe.
Living beings consume from the land produce and what we vibrate has its long term effects somehow. Competition is helpful to motivate and inspire others, yet when it crosses the boundaries of safe collaboration, it can create adversity/trauma to many and this Universe. It is our paramount focus to keep this Universe safe and healthy to live for quality life.
Educational Institution experts have considered formulating curriculum with all industry professionals including engineering and psychology and neurology scientists to bring many course modules and courses on quality & auditing, risk management, quality management, HR essentials management, logistics and supply chain management as the world is understanding the importance of study of human behavior in creating safe physical environment for safety and healthy life as it takes the huge budget for drought, poverty, plague, injuries - rehabilitation process, treatment, disabilities, mental health issues, health issues, crime like bodily harm, loss of life and money, legal expenditures both capital and recurrent expenditures in all areas. A safe Universe could help us live a healthy safe life as well as explore and teaches us and give the gift of knowledge to create a sound Universe like our ancestors have provided us. The humanity has increased with civilization era and more advocacy for safety and health is on the way.
How can we make this modern technology era safer? Considering the barriers for safe life? We used human muscles and animals for manufacturing at the start and then machines were invented for higher production for demands thus making life easier. Now technology is doing great things and it has increased our connection. Have we thought about the science about connection without making any physical contact- that energy vibration that helps us feel a connection without physical contact, finding connection instantly with like minded people/or things we like? Have we considered giving time/space to understand personalities that are different from us.
The earth is so fair as it is made up of same matter - ATOM. We are Matter and we matter and that’s all it matters. We have the Chemistry with our world. The nature and nurture play a role in everything. In parenting, children mostly follow a powerful/dominant behavior either - fear or bravery of a parent or friend/colleague, or they have their unique behavior patterns. What influences them intrinsic and extrinsic, takes insight and investment to a personality in understanding the process happening inside us that shaped us to be who we are now.
The earth has come together to provide us a common ground and similarly, the “who we are identity” should not alter common ground that we are trying harder in following the rules, guidelines, respect, regulations and protocols at workplace and life to create/maintain safe healthy environment. Understanding the pain of abuse and pleasure of success needs enormous fairness and empathy. Either personal relationship or professional relationship/process - both are a process and fairness and there is no place for abuse, harsh treatment and discrimination.
I leverage my extensive industry experience to provide effective coaching across all areas of the wheel of life, empowering, understanding, and guiding my clients to achieve their goals and purpose. I offer comprehensive, customized coaching packages tailored to individual needs.
I use the Wheel of Life and the 12-step coaching model to support individuals, businesses, industries, families, and professionals. My approach helps clients understand the patterns they operate within and address key areas such as pain, pleasure, gain, and comfort zones to achieve operational excellence, utilizing NLP. I guide clients in understanding the principles of cause and effect, applying root cause analysis through exploration of life events and experiences for self-discovery. This empowers them to enhance self-talk through hypnosis, helping them uncover both positive and negative resources, set clear boundaries, and achieve positive outcomes. By reclaiming their power, clients can eliminate obstacles hindering their progress and fully align their goals with their potential, hopes, dreams, and growth.
I am committed to continuous professional development through courses. I am also currently pursuing further psychology & counselling and coaching and sensory education and business & financial & project management CPD courses. This ensures I provide world-class coaching, tutoring and mentoring services and guidance to my clients.
My hobbies includes spending time with my family and friends, bike riding with friends, movies and music, visiting Zoo, visiting ancient archaeological sites, botanical garden and lavender farms. Playing with my brother from My Heart- Brudo loved pampering and Jeromi- who romance only my mother - German Shepherds and My Browni- Little Leader - my childhood dogs- Forever in my Heart.

We will identify/explore the elements to structure and create a productive, prosperous safe outcome that best suits your education, bushiness/career mission and vision.
- Health and Well beings- We will explore with you the values and beliefs systems that your system uses for restrictions and protection and effective decision makings. Health will include physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, relational, social, personal, professional, philosophical, religious aspects in your life. We will consider the environment and internal/external support system around these areas.
- Love Circle- We will guide you in exploring your love life, forming romantic harmonic love life with importance of respect and boundaries and the importance of self care, self love and passion exploring your hobbies. The romantic life can include your passion, things that you enjoy doing, respecting and listening to your feelings and that inner voice and if required forming harmonic relationship with someone that aligns with your preferences, choices, values and beliefs. - Personal Development/ Life Self Care - I will explore resources and provide tools to manage your anxiety, stress, weight, transition challenges from circumstances, phases in life like- adulthood to family/marriage, adulthood to becoming parent, kids to becoming adolescents, moving home/community getting a transfer and forming a safe community and the factors that affects life during transition phase from a place to new place or from situation to new situation including your children getting transition from primary to secondary or from home to childcare/kinder, migrating to a new country...etc. Planning is a important effective process and understanding the tools required to plan well being prepared of environment is the key aspects we will use as core element to employ effective strategy in execution. Experiences and Education shape our Execution thus Environment plays an important role while considering avenues, opportunities in making your aspirations come true. It is important to understand the restrictions involved and surrounded in our environment to take effective steps for personal development to face the challenges/obstacles that take us by surprise and be prepared to overcome, resolve the challenges while evolving, involving with the environment.

My Philosophy
My philosophy and passion is advocacy, auditing and coaching for Positivity, Productivity, Health and Safety and Quality for Operational Excellence. I believe in human interactions with the Universe all the time and Universe interactions with us all the time, I believe in exploring our interactions and communication with our Universe. I believe that we interact with ourselves- body, mind, brain, gut(our second brain), heart(our system) and I believe our system interacts with us. We observe and absorb all the time. I believe in wisdom as effective tools for our operations.
The human body and brain and its curiosity and learning capabilities using our senses has performed great, inspiring things and inventions from the stone age to the modern era. I believe that our perceptions, curiosity and experiences with interactions with the Universe has led to many experiments and hypothesis performed by great minds could be our inspirations to learn and transform the way we feel, think, execute, act and behave and to become one of them. A little secret, our knees tells lot about our heart and the body language of knees will give knowledge of someone heart decision. The wisdom that comes from clarity and insights will transcend our knowledge and wisdom to perform great things. How we operate ourselves is going to directly and indirectly operate and impact this Universe. We are responsible for a safe and healthy environment and to make this Universe healthy. We vibrate flux from our energy and we observe, absorb, involve, revolve and evolve around the energy. We can program our google map and rewire, reprogram and formulate our internal system of operations to bring inspiring external operational excellence for plant & personnel with our professional and personal life.
Let's acknowledge the adversities and trauma that stopped and slowed down great minds and their achievements. Words cannot explain the pain that trauma has brought individuals in their life. I humbly acknowledge the pain and suffering, barriers and restrictions, the abuse-trapped life has brought individuals and such situations steeling the freedom, liberty, opportunities, basic needs and this may have let others to view that the sufferer has limiting beliefs, self doubt, low self esteem when actually it takes great strength and courage to go through such experiences when faced with difficult challenges.
Albert Einstein, a theoretical physicist made contributions to theory of relativity, law of the photoelectric effect, quantum mechanics, his mass-energy equivalence formula E-mc2. He proposed a general theory of relativity that extended his system of mechanics to incorporate gravitation. Our Universe is connected. We are connected and we form a bond with others and the Universe. Our focus, attention plays an important role in the bond and the choice with what(or 5 W) we would establish the bond and the decision of providing access to something and someone or someone doing the coercion like hijacking us and our emotional space by using the access to induce the other subject emotional energy in to our power house, its almost like the other subject switched off our connection with our choice of source and powering us with their power source. We become the resources to that subject life when the other subject power us and operate us. That can happen simply by EMOTIONAL INDUCTION process and/or by actions. The knowledge of electromagnetism field is very important topic. Imagine Satellite debris floating in the universe and that is exactly how information's are floating around us in our aura outside. Another great mind- Isaac Newton- three laws will provide us more practical knowledge about how we operate internally. The knowledge of magnets and ATOM and its electrical and chemical and electromagnetics properties and photons will provide us more insights in to how our environment and our choice of bond plays important role in our life, space and decisions.
