People often ask why my work combines engineering, health, cognition, governance, leadership, and systems thinking.

The answer is simple.

My greatest passion, gift, and purpose has always been the study of consciousness.

Looking back, the evidence trace that every stage of my life contributed to this journey. My curiosity was never limited to one discipline. It was always about understanding how everything integrates into a functioning system.

As a child, my favourite school subjects were History and Civics, where I became fascinated by the evolution of societies, governance, industrial revolution and human systems.

At the same time, my parents recognised my natural ability to integrate different interests. I loved dancing, music, walking, cycling, modelling, and creative expression. They encouraged me to develop both analytical and creative thinking rather than separating the two.

My teachers recognised my strengths in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Zoology and initially encouraged me toward medicine. However, I was equally passionate about mathematics, engineering, computers, and public governance, so I worked hard to study both scientific and engineering disciplines.

I eventually graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, later studied Software Engineering, Corporate Laws Pathways Exams completed top government exams including the GATE Engineering Examination, and established my own engineering training institution.

Alongside engineering, I also prepared for highly competitive public governance examinations public commision governemtn exams covering history, civics, economics, ethics, corporate law, politics, forensic systems, and government administration because I wanted to understand how large systems and industry are governed, regulated, and improved.

Every role strengthened one central question:

How do complex systems remain healthy, integrated, and operationally excellent and design its conduit and integrity(chemistry)?

My family and teachers played an enormous role in shaping this path. While many members of my extended family pursued careers in law and medicine, I found myself standing at the intersection of corporate law for public goverance, engineering and healthcare as a Clinical Engineer, integrating technology, infrastructure, people, and healthcare systems.

Over time I realised something profound.

Engineering is not only about machines.

It is about integration.

It is about understanding how individual components interact to create healthy, functional systems.

That passion eventually expanded beyond equipment and infrastructure.

It became a study of human consciousness, biological systems, cognition, organisational behaviour, and the invisible forces that influence decision-making and performance.

Today my work explores how engineering principles can be applied not only to technology but also to Industry-design, sales and operations, people, organisations, education, healthcare, leadership, and communities.

As human civilisation evolved, families created businesses. Businesses became industries. Industries shaped organisations. Organisations influenced communities. Communities influenced culture.

Understanding that evolution—and the interaction between biology, engineering, cognition, behaviour, and environment—has become the foundation of my work.

This journey ultimately led me to develop my own integrated engineering framework, where I continue exploring how healthier systems can be designed through the integration of Plant, Process, Personnel, Health, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Cognitive Excellence.

Exams Participated: GATE & IAS Exam Graduate Pathways(2000 to 2003)- I have Sat for all these Exams Pathways & Graduated successfully in the Exam . Have experience sitting for exam pathways- London Research Program Selection as Research Assistant-London University in 2001, cleared exams for pathways for higher officials jobs, State Chief EEE Engineer. Having experience in sitting for public governance government exams  - the duty that would design public policies, socioeconomic development, maintain law and order.
