What is Coaching: Imagine Human Systems - Our Human System has subsystems like Sensory System, Neurology-Nervous Systems, Muscularskeleton System etc...We can call the Sensory System as Input and the brain as processing system and the output verbal communication and non -verbal communitcation including actions/behaviour/body langauge as Output. When a stimulus either voice/picture/touch/movement/ smell/noise/environment, relationship or a situation etc..various stimulus is placed at our sensory system and the senses send the information to the brain/nervous system to process the information and send it to the output chhannels in the form of actions/voice using the muscularskelton system. The process output is now fed back to the sensory input system for monitoing and control enabling us to control our actions/decisions and is called Feedback System.  Imagine SIGNAL coming to your sensory system and get processed and signal processing happens and then execution happens as executive functioning- Logical reasoning and logical function - Cognitive processing and/or emotional reasoning.

What is Therapy? How it is DIFFERENT from coaching and pscychotherapy?- Coaching focuses on everything that is possible NOW and focuses on the present and addresss everything including a past event as present issue troubling and causing blockages while deep therapy address the issues of the deep level of the past and try to clear it in the clinical approach treatment exploring imprints. Some coaches are qualified to do some surface clearing and surface therapy work when deeper emotions surface and create blockages in the NOW and work in the threpeutic space and help clients to move forward. The therapy is achieving chemistry within yourself with what you feel, think and act and behave- everything aligns with your chemistry(rapport) and aligns within your mind realms- conscious, unconscious and subconsious fields. Your therapist will get invited to your mind different realms with trust and form a rapport to help you feel difficult emotions, events with helpful ways and connect and discuss your primary and secondary and dominoes concerns. The therapist may sometimes disclose their surface level life events and journey to show role modeling and lessons teachings to win the trust to form collaborations to achieve the end goals including addressing issues, imprints and clearing it and prmoting healing and focus on end goals. Therapy teaches tools and coping skills and provide clarity to deal with difficult emotions and feelings with the help of therapist. During the threpeutic relationship- the therapist & client will meet the different domains of unconscious realms with intentions to walk through the client through difficult traumatic events to calm the nervous system and train the brain to follow things a client learned in therapy with therapist to apply in practical life outside the therapist. A typical therapy duration will be five years in helping the client to achieve the outcome and goals. A therapist will deal with the pscychology- study of behaviour science- diagnose and treat medical conditions like stress, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder using modalities like Talking therapy, Narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR, ACT etc..using different approaches where a pscyhiatrist and physicians prescribe medications for medical conditions.


NLP practitioners can support people in a counselling‑type environment.

-Their work usually focuses on helping someone improve, recover, or move forward, not on doing deep clinical therapy.

• Many problems come from the gap between how we see things and how things really are.

• NLP practitioners use quick change tools to help you release irritation, worry, or stuck feelings.

The Power of Boundaries during Crisis: Boundaries are called RESPECTING YOUR RESPECT to help yourself and others and respect their access and your access. It is very importnat that we respect ourself. It is very helpful when an individual set boundaries between the crisis and individual itself. Instances of Crime/Incident/Accident- This is the Zone where authorities help the sufferer or affected person in the crisis by providing care and support and support circle like community, safety reassuring health and wellbeing through a slow transition phase. A multidisciplinary team will help the affected person through the process. Whilst the process encourage affected person in crisis to be aware, resilient, confident and assertive- when the crime/incident/accident happens- often the affected person will be in pain and needs compassionate empathy oriented care through the process of recovery and so the process may be longer to find solution- yet having trust with the process, authorities and seeking support is very important regardless of self resilience or confidence.In times of mismanagement/dysfunction of the process, having perceptions that it could be due to the skills gaps of the involved crisis clearnce process rather taking it as a personal reason.  Auhtorties are trained in non-judgemental care through the recovery process from the crisis. The system is learning compassionate process through FEEDBACK during the process as ongoing continuous improvement. The best approach is to set a boundary between the crisis and individual can help the individial to stay distant from the crisis and try to make sense of what is happening in rational process, perceptual filter to understand the reality, clarity and the world. The recovery is a process that puts time, energy, effort in evrything that needs to be addressed and resolved. The rehabilitation and recovery from crisis depends on the nature of crisis/environment and the individual resources like support system and skills and capabilities to address the crisis. It is very important to engage with well experienced clinicians both for maintanence of physical and mental health well beings. Coaches and NLP Pscychotherapists can help set goals oriented small tasks during the crisis time and help implement fucntional behaviour patterns while the affected person also works with other professionals if reqauired. For example- Corporate Situation: A department has found conflict as resourceful ways to achieve all their goals that cause hidden damage to the profits and productivity of an organisation and raise safety and quality concerns to their staffs and customers and stakeholders/and partners. Applying normal conflict resolution cannot bring solution to this situation, unless the learned resourceful ways of patterns are unlearned where one department achieve its targets by turning the management energy to conflicts thus postponding tand creating tension and later pushing the tasks, projects towards achieving goals with unhelpful ways, unhelpful KPI and unhelpful resources thus the conflicts and void are never openly addressed or discussed.
